The NORTHWEST HOME AND REHABILITATION CENTER was established over 60 years ago to serve the Chicago Jewish Community. The Northwest Home is the place for the Jewish aged to go when they are in need of rehabilitation and for long term care.
At the Northwest Home, we go above and beyond regulatory requirements in order to enhance the quality of each resident?s life. Our special Jewish & Russian programs and our Rehabilitation programs are provided by experienced professionals geared towards individual treatment. Our experienced therapists and nurses are available in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work and many other areas.
